What is Gyan Shringar Shop's 7 Days Return Policy?

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Please note that Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by GyanShringarShop team. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.Some special rules for promotional offers may override "info@gyanshringarshop.com's 7 Day Returns Policy."

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return, one of our logistic partner will come and pick up the product.

Are there certain categories of products which are non-returnable?

Yes. They are Gold & Silver, Gemstones and Apparels.

How long will the return process take?

Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 7 Days to complete the return process.

Where do I return my product?

The logistics person will be incharge of picking the product from the customer's end I was charged shipping charges for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund? Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

I was charged a convenience charge for my COD order. If I return my order will I get back my convenience charge along with the refund?

Cash on Delivery convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

I have changed my mind, can I cancel the returning request? How?

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can buy any product in exchange to your previous order.

Which items can I exchange?

All Items except for Apparels, Gold & Silver and Gemstones.

What items can I buy in exchange?

You can exchange products from all categories. *conditions of the amount which will be more than the earlier product*

Can I exchange my product for an item of lesser value?
Yes

Will I be charged for exchange?

Yes (only at the time of exchange, if the product is of higher price.), Shipping charge will pay from your side

Can I re-exchange?
No

Can I cancel the exchanged product?

Once your exchange request has been placed with Customer Service, you cannot cancel the exchange.
